Cordin and Whiskey socializing with eachother. Corin was first labeled as dog aggressive. If she'd see another dog, she'd pull, raise her hair, and otherwise act aggressive. She'd even gotten into a fence fight with another dog aggressive dog. But hey, she doesn't look aggressive to you, does she!? Nope, she's not aggressive, she just has fear issues. Our best guess is that this dog had high play drive(she still likes to play with other dogs), and when she'd pull at the leash to try to get to other dogs and play, the previous owner would harshsly correct and beat on her for doing so. With that, she learned that other dogs meant trouble. She still had that play drive, yet she knew when she tried to get near other dogs to play she'd be attacked by her owner. She didn't understand why, she only knew other dogs meant bad things happen, leading to the aggressive behavior towards other dogs. This girl can't even hear the words "sit" or "down" without pinning her ears to the back of her head out of fear of her previous "training".
